We are pleased to invite you to the 2026 Taiwan Talent Recruitment – Meet Talent, Meet Taiwan Program, a flagship initiative connecting international scholars, postdocs or PhD students with leading universities and research institutions in Taiwan.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) will visit Houston to engage with outstanding scholars and researchers from across the United States. Participants will have the opportunity to explore academic collaboration, research and teaching positions, and long-term career pathways in Taiwan through direct consultation and exchange with leading Taiwanese universities.
In addition, through the Project for Promoting Sustainable Development of Higher Education Talent, supported by a dedicated government budget, this initiative enables universities in Taiwan to:
- Enhance salary structures for both junior and senior scholars
- Provide competitive incentive packages for newly hired faculty
- Support long-term research development within a high-tech ecosystem
