The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines congratulates the 91 Filipino candidates who have been granted this year's Huayu (Mandarin) Enrichment Scholarship!
These students will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 28,000 to pursue Mandarin studies in a language center of their choice!
