The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines congratulates the 20 Filipino candidates who have been granted this year's Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE) scholarship!
These students will receive a tuition waiver up to NTD 40,000 per semester and a monthly stipend of NTD 15,000 will be given to recipients undertaking university undergraduate studies, and NTD 20,000 for those pursuing their Masters and Ph.D.
