The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines congratulates the 𝟏𝟖 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who have been granted this year's Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE) scholarship!
