We are pleased to announce that the 2024 scholarship programs by the Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan) have been published.
(1) Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)
(2) Taiwan Scholarship Program (TSP)
The HES program is designed for students to learn the Mandarin language in Taiwan. The award period may be 2, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months from July 2024 to August 2025. The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of NT $25,000, which equals US $803 approximately. Note. Taiwan is the world’s #5 most expat place (Expat Insider 2023) with low Cost-of-Living(NUMBEO COL Comparison).
The TSP provides those who seek bachelor, master, and doctoral degree programs in Taiwan with grants that include tuition, fees, and a monthly stipend.
Two virtual information sessions on both scholarships will be held on:
(1) January 30, 2024 @ 7:00 PM EST (RSVP before 1/23)
(2) February 8, 2024 @ 5:00 PM EST (RSVP before 2/2)
