國家科學及技術委員會推動「人文及社會科學研究海外人才培育計畫(TOP Grants)」，旨在培育及支持目前在海外就學或工作的人文及社會科學領域優秀博士候選人及年輕學者。
申請資格：
*博士候選人：就讀於教育部公告「外國大學參考名冊」收錄之海外大學校院人文及社會科學領域研究所之在學全職博士生，於申請截止日前已取得博士候選人資格者。
*年輕學者：取得博士學位後10年內，現任職於海外人文及社會科學領域大學或學術研究機構，為該機構專任教師或全職研究人員(不含博士後研究)。
．經學術審查審議通過者每名博士候選人，獲培育研習經費新臺幣90萬元。
．每名年輕學者，獲培育研習經費新臺幣60萬元，另可申請學術專書出版費用補助。

We are excited to announce the 2024 Taiwanese Overseas Pioneers Grants (TOP Grants) for humanities and social sciences research. This program aims to cultivate and support talented doctoral candidates and young scholars who are currently studying or working overseas.
TOP Grants invites doctoral candidates and young scholars in humanities and social sciences to apply. Doctoral students can receive NT$900,000, and young scholars NT$600,000 to support their research. The application period is from April 8th to May 21st, 2024 (tentative).
