The Taiwan ICDF scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation expenses, textbook costs and a one-way economy class ticket. In addition, the scholar will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 15,000 for master’s and NTD 17,000 for PhD students.

Currently, there are no available programs for bachelor’s degree for Filipinos. For those who wish to apply to undergraduate programs, please check out the MOE Taiwan Scholarship.
Applicants must apply directly to the university/ college for admission within the application deadline. Each university/college sets its own application deadline.
The application period is held from January 1 to March 15 every year.
