All applicants who meet the eligibility requirements stated in Article V are welcome to submit an
HES scholarship application. Please mail all application documents to our office at the address
listed below in Article XII. A complete application must include all of the following documents:
a. Completed Online Application Form downloaded from
https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw/Apply
b. Colored Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months)
c. Copy of the highest credentials (Diploma and Transcript of Records) from the
school you graduated from
d. Any proof of application from prospect Mandarin Language Center in Taiwan
(i.e. email acknowledgement from the university)
e. Essay following the stipulated Guide Questions:
1. Objective/s in taking the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship
2. Possible Impact of taking a Huayu Enrichment Scholarship into your future career
path
3. Possible Contribution/s to the enhancement of the bilateral relations between
Taiwan and the Philippines
