The TECO Education Division would like to clarify that our office is not responsible for handling matters related to the 3+4 Vocational Education Scholarship Program, administered by the Cultural Center of TECO. This program is designed by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) for overseas students aged 16 to 22, combining three years of vocational high school education with four years of university studies in Taiwan. Students also study Mandarin, engage in internships, and earn a stipend during their training.

Our division is solely tasked with managing and facilitating higher education admissions and scholarships, including government-funded scholarships such as the Taiwan MOE Scholarship, Taiwan ICDF Scholarship, and Huayu (Mandarin) Scholarship.

We kindly request that all inquiries regarding the 3+4 Program be directed to the Cultural Center of TECO. Our office does not handle or provide assistance for this program, and future inquiries sent to us will not be entertained. For more information on the 3+4 Vocational Scholarship Program, please visit their Facebook Page: OCAC in the Philippines or contact the Cultural Center (OCAC) directly at +632 8243-0059 or via email at fccesi@yahoo.com.ph. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
