As of the 2021 academic year, there had been 1,253 memorandums of understanding signed between universities in Taiwan and the Philippines in the aspects of student and faculty exchange, academic research and cultural and language exchanges. Among these partnerships are collaborations in dual degree courses, resource sharing such as books, research materials, publications and open courses, and internship and scholarship programs.
