1. Completed Application Form
Applicants must accomplish the online application portal and print out the form.

2. Copy of academic records for highest credentials attained (diploma and transcript of records with GWA) authenticated by CHED, DFA and TECO respectively.
For graduating students, please submit the following:
a. Certificate of Probable Graduation (or any document stating that you are a candidate for graduation
b. Most updated transcript of records
3. Colored photocopy of passport valid for at least 6 months
If passport is expiring, applicants must present proof of passport renewal.
4. Authenticated “English as Medium of Instruction” Certificate from the university, or a valid IELTS or TOEFL certificate
5. Any proof of application for the prospect University in Taiwan (ie email acknowledgement from the university)
Application forms are not acceptable. The university must acknowledge receipt of your application.
6. Recommendation Letters from the university officials, professors or supervisors
The recommendation letters must be written for the purpose of scholarship application, not university admission.
7. Comprehensive Study Plan
8. Essay following the stipulated Guide Questions:
a. Objective/s in taking the Taiwan Scholarship
b. Possible impact of taking the Taiwan Scholarship into your future career path
c. Possible Contribution/s to the enhancement of the bilateral relations between Taiwan and the Philippines
