1. Each applicant must process first their application for their preferred university in Taiwan. They also have to comply with and submit necessary scholarship requirements to TECO for review and recommendation based on the indicated deadline. It is important to note that a student is ineligible to apply if he or she is currently enrolled in another program in Taiwan.
2. All documents must be submitted to the embassy in hardcopies. For applicants outside Metro Manila, applications may be sent through an authorized representative or courier (LBC, 2GO, JRS Express or FedEx and DHL for international shipping). We will NOT accept applications sent via Lalamove, Grab Express, Mr. Speedy and other similar services.
