The 2026 TaiwanICDF Scholarship application must be submitted exclusively through the online application system of the International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF).
Applicants are NOT required to submit a hard copy or email copy of their TaiwanICDF scholarship application to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) Education Division in the Philippines.
