Taiwan’s Ministry of Education announces a sponsorship program to encourage the establishment of “Sister School” partnership between K-12 schools of U.S. and Taiwan. The major goal of this program is to promote the English ability of Taiwan’s high school students by facilitating schools of both countries to co-organize related on-line courses.
