The APEC online forum on digital economy and youth innovative entrepreneurship aims to bring together government officials from related sectors, successful start-up founders, young entrepreneurs, start-up incubation centers or accelerators, and representatives from venture capital companies in the Asia-Pacific Region. The forum will be hosted by Taiwan on March 24-25, 2022.
Past participants will be invited to share their entrepreneurial journey, the regional resources that they leverage to grow their business, the current market trends, and the most up-to-date and necessary digital skills. Furthermore, female representatives from successful start-ups will join to showcase their stories. The forum will also focus on up-to-date digital economy growth and the trends in society affected by COVID-19, with a focus on how entrepreneurs in Taiwan successfully coped with the pandemic.
The annual event is organized by the “Asia Pacific Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship“ and is sponsored by the Taiwan Ministry of Education under the framework of APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) to enhance the regional youth’s international visibility and promote youth entrepreneurship.
